Are you an Operations Manager looking for an opportunity to make a significant impact on cultural change and continuous improvement in a prestigious, growing business?

Our client is a renowned and long-established British manufacturer, part of a successful multinational conglomerate. Based on the South Coast, with over 3,000 employees across multiple sites, our client supplies a global customer base that is known for choosing products based on quality of design and finished product.

Profitable and growing, they have a vision of transforming their business from being a traditional manufacturer to one that embraces modern techniques and world class standards that improve quality, cost and delivery, without detracting from what makes their products and the company great. Recent financial investment into the business encompassing marketing and product development, combined with the advancement of the people agenda, shown by recent executive hires, is a clear indication of the desire for further growth and performance in the short and long term.

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented Operations Manager who has lived and breathed World Class Manufacturing, taking what they have learnt and pragmatically applied it successfully into different environments changing them for the better.

Overseeing a workforce of circa 300-400 personnel, you will be taking accountability for a change management journey encompassing an effective and inspiring leadership style while implementing modern manufacturing methodology to drive production performance.
