From a client perspective, recruiting new senior individuals is a business critical activity. The ability to attract and appoint the best people is integral to an organisation’s strive for improvement and their success. Therefore, the quality of your recruitment partnerships can be directly linked to performance.
Changing jobs is one of the biggest decisions that a professional will make. Most of us spend well over a third of our life working. Changing what we do and who we do it for is not a decision that is taken lightly. The extent to which a recruitment process supports, challenges and assesses an individual’s suitability can help with deciding to accept a new role.
We understand these dynamics and they sit at the forefront of our approach to recruitment. Far from seeing our work as a transactional process, we strive to deliver longer term, value for money partnerships that deliver results to both clients and candidates alike.
Our approach begins and ends with the most important dimension in any operation - people.
Our priority is to create added value for candidates and clients alike, and our culture is designed to inspire this behaviour – not enforce it. We always believe improvement is waiting to happen and we constantly strive to do better.
Respect and the ability to build enduring relationships is a value central to our business success – effective, two-way engagement where ideas and skills are shared in the pursuit of a mutual objective.
Our values influence Kaizen’s core methodology and we are consistent in our approach.
‘Listen, think, do’ summarises our approach, resulting in practical, real-world advice and guidance. You can always relay on Kaizen to say it as it is.

In June 2017, our Managing Director, Simon Owens, was diagnosed with testicular cancer. Having experienced the effects first-hand, Simon wishes to help raise awareness of male cancers and we, as a company, collectively show our support by donating a percentage of every fee to the charity.
Orchid was established in 1996 by Colin Osborne MBE, a testicular cancer patient, and the oncologist who saved his life, Professor Tim Oliver. The charity was set up to help save men’s lives from male cancers through a range of support services, alongside educating men on the signs and symptoms, promoting awareness and an innovative research programme.
