• Provide leadership to a materials team of circa 50.
• Drive SQDCPE & policy and strategy development for materials supply improvements
• Publish & manage the meeting of inventory forecast and targets
• Manage 3rd party logistics services & drive Continuous Improvement
• Set, maintain & improve Business KPI’s relating to the Materials Department
• Manage annual budgets for Materials Department
• Manage material planning and expediting
• Implementation of perpetual inventory and bar coding systems
• Development of works and staff members delivering succession planning
• Liaising with other departments to achieve RFT

Skills and Experience

• Strong leadership and people development skills
• Has the ability to communicate at all levels.
• Must have a proven track record in materials management, often working under extreme pressure, strict time constraints and loves achieving results.
• SAP user.
