Job Description

Reporting to the Site Manager, you will oversee all production planning for their UK site in West London. This role, with the support of the Site Manager, will involve the development and deployment of a practical planning / scheduling strategy that will contribute to the achievement of the Sites long term objectives.

In this role you will create practical and efficient production plans and work flows which will result in effective working practices and consistent performance in line with customer On Time Delivery, SIOP and revenue targets.

You will need to bring a high-level of energy, knowledge and experience to develop a culture of best in class. In addition to your exceptional communication and leadership skills, you will ensure the 24/7 facility runs efficiently and smoothly and you will foster a culture of continuous improvement whilst helping to implement new processes to drive improved performance against KPI’s.           

As Master Production Scheduler, you will plan workflows across multiple processes to ensure schedules are in place and customer requirements are met. 

The Successful Candidate

The ideal candidate will have-

• Ideally a related degree or a similar level qualification
• An engineering/ manufacturing background ideally from one of the following environments- pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, medical devices, food/ drink production
• Advanced Microsoft suite knowledge, especially Excel
• Excellent analytical, problem solving and numerical skills
• Extensive experience of production planning within a highly regulated environment
• Cultivated positive working relationships with employees, peers and superiors.
• A tenacious/self-starter attitude with a will to succeed by doing the right thing for the customers, employees and in line with the Groups core values.
