Are you a first-class Operations Director? Are you looking for an opportunity to make a significant impact on cultural change and continuous improvement in a prestigious, growing business?
Our client is a renowned and long-established British manufacturer of niche high-value/low volume products, recently acquired by a successful and profitable UK-based PE investor. Based in the East Midlands, our client supplies a global customer base that is known for choosing products based on quality of design and finished product.
Ambitious, with a growing order book through to 2023, they have a vision of continuing to transform their business from being a traditional manufacturer to one that embraces modern techniques and world class standards that improve quality, cost and delivery, without detracting from what makes their products and the company great. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented Operations Director who has lived and breathed World Class Manufacturing, taking what they have learnt and pragmatically applied it successfully into different environments changing them for the better.
